Just enjoy life. It's so short and you might as well make each day count and just have fun with it. It is meant to me enjoyed...treasured...savored....graciously.
As a child all we wanted was to grow up; embark on the world. Show the world what we are made of. And then we get there, all grown up and then you have that moment that you realize "Holy Crap, I'm a grown-up". You look back on those young years and realize they were really the best years. The times when there were no worries, when happiness came so easily, it was so effortless to smile. It is human nature to smile after all. No matter what language we speak, a smile is universal. That is why I hold on to those years. I remember to smile, to laugh, to notice the small things. Be polite, be kind to everyone because you never know what they may be going through.
Oh yeah, life is tough sometimes. Really tough. I've just learned to not lose myself during those struggles. Everything always turns out for the best, and everything happens for a reason; whether that reason be to teach you something or make you stronger. No matter how dark it is, a light is always shining. It will always get better. Just keep looking up, looking forward.
So pretty much, remember to enjoy life. Smile at a stranger (or a friend if you'd like) today. You will feel good about yourself. I promise.

Just some random thoughts for the day....

Alright, maybe I should update my journal. Let's see....What's been going on in my life? Well, I 've been trying to draw more often lately. There's just hardly any time. Work takes so much of your life. Work is a life-sucker!!!!! Ah, it's not THAT bad. You just gotta work to pay the bills and have money to live and hopefully save when it's time to retire. Sometimes I wonder though. It seems like we spend the best years of our lives working, wasting our lives, time and talents away sitting at a desk, staring at a computer screen, clicking away..*Sigh* I guess it would be different if you love your job. How many people are lucky enough to have that?

Well anyway I use my 30 min lunch break to draw . I find time and it may not be a lot but I have been practicing. Drawing bunnies. Yup. It's a secret. I wont say any more.

Hmm... I met my sisters baby. He's 3 months and his name is Ryken so I'm an Aunt now!~ Makes me feel a little old actually but HA REBECCA YOU ARE TOO AN AUNT! SO I AM NOT ALONE!

Other than that...my boyfriend and I are getting closer to having the bathroom remodel done. Who would have thought it would be over a year?! Well, almost all the walls are done in there so we are close to picking tile and paint! That's the fun part. I cant wait for that. Pretty much I just want the bathroom to be done at this point though. So close!

And of course....next is the kitchen....

Well I gotta go work out and maybe I'll have time to DOODLE too!

5. I love bunnies! They are the cutest thing...ok other than baby miniature horses...and dolphins...and...well...all baby animals for that matter.
6. I hope that Noodleman ( a story of my creation!) will one day be published.
7. Geez...two more....hmmm...I don't act my age and I don't like to, or want to, unless of course I HAVE to...  The young at heart, never grow old.
8. And LAST BUT NOT LEAST....I think I have a serious addiction to chocolate
